For merchants, when a consumer buys multiple items, the cumulative calculation on a traditional scale is unclear and difficult to remember. Our product will clearly show the number of accumulated transactions and the accumulated amount in the bottom line, thereby reducing the calculation time.
For traditional smart scales with printing and labeling, the operation of buttons is extremely complicated. We have divided and simplified the button design, used colors to distinguish between regular and high-frequency operations, and optimized the number and position of buttons for users.
Bracket
The iron bracket used in traditional scales (picture left) is severely deformed when a 10 kg weight is placed on it, and it cannot be used. The aluminum alloy bracket used in the smart scale (picture right) has been treated with anti-corrosion, and it will not deform even if a 75 kg adult stands on it, and it can be used normally.
Load cell
The ultra-short load cell used in traditional scales (picture left) do not meet the national standards and cut corners on materials. The load cell of well-known brands used in smart scales (picture right) meet the government standards and can be accurate in various harsh environments.
Charger
The knockoff chargers(picture left)used in traditional scales have no certification mark and are at risk of leakage. The national standard chargers(picture right) used in smart scales have passed the national 3C safety certification.
Shell plastic
The recycled plastic(picture left) used in traditional scales will change color and deform after a long time of use. The new ABS plastic(picture right) used in the smart scale is strong, stain-resistant and non-deformed.
Buttons
The membrane keys(picture left) used in traditional scales are not waterproof, cannot be soaked in water, have a poor feel, and have a short service life. The mechanical keyboard(picture right) used in the smart scale is added with waterproof silicone. It has a distinct touch, sensitive response, and good resilience, which reduces accidental presses and fatigue. It can effectively prevent dust, liquids, etc. from entering the inside of the keys, improve anti-interference and waterproof performance, and has passed 100,000 times of durability test.
